Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work at Duckstoretech, including your consumer rights.


1) Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (subject to the exclusions listed below).

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us and provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the email address used at checkout.


2) Return conditions

  • Items should be returned in a reasonable condition, with all accessories and packaging where possible.
  • We recommend using a tracked service when returning items and keeping proof of postage.
  • Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return instructions.

3) Exclusions

Some products may be excluded from the right to cancel for hygiene or other legal reasons if unsealed after delivery, or if they are made to your specifications. Where an exclusion applies, it will be indicated where relevant.


4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

  • Refund timing: refunds are usually processed within a few business days after the return is approved.
  • Delivery charges: where applicable, standard outbound delivery charges may be refunded in accordance with consumer law.

If we are unable to accept a return, we will clearly explain the reason to you.


5) Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is normally responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps.


6) Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To allow us to open a damage claim with the carrier, you must send us clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after this timeframe may not be eligible for a damage claim with the carrier, and we may therefore be unable to process the request as a transit damage case.

7) How to request a return

  1. Contact us at customerservice@duckstoretech.uk with your order number.
  2. We will confirm the return instructions and any required information.
  3. Send the item using a tracked service (recommended) and keep proof of postage.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome and process the refund where applicable.
