How many days do I have to return a product?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, as provided by EU regulations.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

How is the refund processed?

The refund is processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.

Can I return an opened product?

Yes. You may open and inspect the item as you would in a shop. Returns are accepted even if seals are opened; we may apply a deduction for diminished value where the item was used beyond normal inspection or essential accessories/packaging are missing. For hygiene reasons where permitted by law, some sealed items cannot be returned once opened (not applicable to faulty returns).
