1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Duckstoretech.uk. This Business Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of our website and for transactions carried out with our company. All products sold on Duckstoretech.uk are genuine and authentic. We source exclusively from authorized suppliers and official distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items.

4. SALES TERMS

• Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments and Klarna.
• Shipping and Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered according to the estimated delivery time at checkout.
• Returns & Refunds — For distance sales, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. Opening and inspecting the item as in a shop is allowed. Returns are accepted even if seals were opened, without prejudice to the Seller’s right to apply a deduction for diminished value where the item was used beyond normal inspection or essential accessories/packaging are missing. Remorse returns: return shipping at the Customer’s expense; fault/non-conformity or damage on delivery: covered by Duckstoretech.

Digitalfreeone Ltd is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, logistical issues, or courier errors.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, we aim to resolve them amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court will be that of London.
